Why do I put Crop Circles on my pottery? The Crop Circle phenomenon is one of the biggest mysteries of our world today. They fascinate me. I've chosen to adorn my pottery with these beautiful crop circle patterns (also known as Star
Glyphs) in the hope that more people will be able to see and connect with the designs.
I received the inspiration to put crop circles on my pottery after my Spirit Quest to the Serpent Mound in southern Ohio in November, 2009. If you'd like to read more about my experience, please see my blog post.
The formation of crop circles has been happening all over the world for many years. Researchers from all over the globe have been studying this mystery and sharing their theories. But still there are many unanswered questions, such as; Why now? What's the message? Why is sacred geometry present in the patterns? Why is there a small level of radiation present in the crop? Why are there balls of light sometimes seen in the fields before and after the formation is created? Why have the stems of the crops been affected as if microwave energy has penetrated it? If they are all man-made, how can humans make such complex patterns in only a few hours of darkness during the British summer?
Of course one of the biggest questions is: Who or what is making them? Mother Earth herself? Our Collective Consciousness? Our future selves? Friendly ET's? The Elementals? Inner Earth Beings? Angels? Hoaxers? Sound energy? No one knows for certain. I've always loved a great mystery!
